This accessibility report has been drawn up on 3 April 2020 and concerns the service https://asukasbudjetti.turku.fi.
The accessibility of the service was assessed by an external expert organisation.
Accessibility status of the digital service
Fulfils critical accessibility requirements
Non-accessible content
The website is not yet fully compliant with the requirements
Observable
The image and name of a process are two separate links to the same address
The different links in the content area are structurally in the same location and, for example, the image of an active process is a link, but it has no corresponding text and it is not apparent where the link leads to. Separating these requires international joint development of the service.
Accessibility requirements that are not fulfilled: 1.1.1 Non-textual content
Title styles are not used in a logical order
At the frontpage of the service, the order of title structures does not comply with recommendations because the same element can be found in different locations in the service. Changing the functionality requires that the development be conducted in international cooperation.
Accessibility requirements that are not fulfilled: 1.3.1 Information and relations
Automatic filling not available
The user cannot use automatic text input, for example when entering search terms in the service.
Accessibility requirements that are not fulfilled:
- 1.3.1 Information and relations
- 1.3.5 Define meaning of input
Manageable
The map can be opened with the keyboard, but its contents are not easily accessible
Modifying the map is not possible by the service because it is provided as an external service. However, before the map is brought up, a screen reader informs the user that the map is difficult to interpret for a screen reader.
Accessibility requirements that are not fulfilled: 2.1.1 Keyboard
Meaning of links is not clear from their texts
Due to technical implementation, links are very general, such as “Read more” or “Further information” in many parts of the service. Separating these to be more individualised requires international joint development of the service.
Accessibility requirements that are not fulfilled: 2.4.4 Meaning of link (in context)
Search filters cannot be emptied at once
The functionality requires international joint development of the service.
Accessibility requirements that are not fulfilled: 2 Manageable
Understandable
Language of user interface is defined, in part, by browser settings
If the language of the user’s browser is set to English, certain parts of the user interface, that is otherwise in Finnish, appear in English, such as the profile view. Repairing the functionality requires international joint development of the service.
Accessibility requirements that are not fulfilled:
- 3.1.1 Language of the site
- 3.1.2 Language of parts
